The room was very clean and comfy, the room is cleaned every day. In the lobby you are met by very nice personal, who are ready to help or advise smth. Breakfast is just perfect, good variety of offered food. We could even use sauna for free for an hour a day, but you need to book it few days before.

Rooms were spotless, very well equipped. Bed was very comfortable and room had everything we needed. Bathroom was perfect too. Lobby are was nice and welcoming. Beautiful decor throughout, lots of facilities for old and young. Great swimming facilities.

The location was great and brilliant view from the window . Also the facilities were great, such as swimming pool and sauna availability. The staff were very friendly especially the lady at the main restaurant and bar. The food also delicious and large variety every day. I would definitely recommend it.

The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was also good with a lot of choices. I came to do some training with the road bike, so I especially liked the swimming pool and spa. The restaurants in town are about 15 minutes walk, and they are quite nice. The staff was very helpful, giving me a room to lock the bike in.

Completely new object on a map of Karpacz. Everything is clean and nice. I enjoyed a lot multiple saunas. The variety of food for breakfasts and diners was satisfying. I liked the peaceful view over the mountains.
