    Torun is really worth the visit.

    Torun is really worth the visit. The city center which is in UNESCO is beautiful with many lovely houses, churches, castle and river, To walk through the old city takes only 2 hours (without visiting any museum or sitting in any restaurant, just walking around), so one day trip is OK, We stayed there 1 night, visited the city center both in the evening and in the morning, each time of the day was lovely.

    Torun is a picturesque, very well preserved medieval town.

    Torun is a picturesque, very well preserved medieval town. It is easy to get everywhere on foot. We enjoyed just wandering the old streets and absorbing the quaint atmosphere. There are also many restaurants offering delicious food. The gingerbread museum was a unique attraction.

    I grew up in Torun.

    I grew up in Torun. Went to UK 16 ya and Torun has changed massively. I have 2 mix race kids. Wanted them to see where their mum is coming from but I think they are not in that age to get excited to see beatiful old buildings and learning the history. But Torun always will have special place in my heart and cant wait to come back for another holiday.

    Torun is AMAZING!

    Torun is AMAZING! Amazing bars, restaurants and the town is a beautifully renovated city, all authentic Medieval city with lots of attractions and history. People are friendly and the streets are clean.

    Toruń is a wonderful medieval city in northern Poland.

    Toruń is a wonderful medieval city in northern Poland. I think I went there during a school trip when I was a child but couldn’t remember anything and I wanted to refresh my memory so I took my children there for a 2 day trip. There is plenty I could say about Toruń def has the nicest old town out of all Polish cities for me. The old town is lovely in the evening and there is plenty to do but I think that 2 full days is a perfect time for your stay. One thing that I didn’t think about was that most attractions are shut on Monday which was a bit annoying. Do your research and plan your trip your own way. I enjoyed Toruń a lot despite very cold weather.

    For early February, a two-night stay is just right.

    For early February, a two-night stay is just right. Had it been warmer then 2 extra days would have been most welcome. We didn't do much sight-seeing, but we ate at "Chleb i wino" (funny that we didn't get a wine card), where we ate for a very reasonable price. I recommend the cocktails (especially the ones marked with WOW). Getting around in Torun is easily done by foot.

    I didn't expect the hotel to be that nice. Very clean. Breakfast (for every diet from keto to vege) and coffee yummy. Location in a great place, in the old town of Toruń. Hotel in the atmosphere of Toruń with a modern twist. Staff super friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very quiet. You can hear the birds singing in the morning, and sometimes the bell of the nearby church.

    Hotel Halo Toruń is from now on my preferred hotel in Toruń (and I stay in Toruń regularly). It's in a quiet street near the river, but also just a stone's throw from the centre. The room was enormous and comfortable, and my wife, a vegan, was delighted at the variety for breakfast.

    A beautifully renovated hotel with extremely kind and helpful staff. The massive wooden beams gave the already spacious room a unique character. Free parking at a nearby lot was a very pleasant bonus. The whole family appreciated the breakfast (the dining area was also very nice).

    Our room was in newer building and it was super: a lot of light, new furniture, comfortable bed. Location is at the very center of the city. Parking place right near the hotel (it was not public parking, but separate space). Breakfast was fantastic.

    The hotel is very beautiful. It is located in the city center. There are many restaurants and stores nearby. The hotel is very modern and you get all checkin information by email in advance. I think it is very good for short stays
