The staff was very friendly, and the location is quiet, safe, and nice. It was easy to talk to the people at the reception, and they communicated via whatsapp too. A few restaurants nearby. The food truck right next door was awesome. The hotel is cute and has a lof of character. The pool is clean and not too warm, even in the summer. The room was big, clean, and cozy. Tea and coffee available.

Stay was luxurious and allowed us to prepare meals rather than eat in restaurants. The building and unit have good security. Short walk to nice beach “Balneario El Escambrón.” (Walk to right as you exit the building, then turn left on C. San Agustín.) Excellent beer and wine at Ambrosia Fine Wines https://ambrosiafinefoods.net/ a block to the right as you head out the main entrance, at intersection of C. Martín Fernández. (It recently opened so it’s not on Google Maps.) It was an easy cheap Uber to the cruise port.

    Bayamon is an urban area with all the convenience and facilities that entails: close to shopping, restaurants, highway. It is not a “picturesque” neighbourhood. It is the best quality hotel in the area and I would stay there again.

    Tranquility is the best part.

    Tranquility is the best part. Many shopping and food centers nearby. Walking distance to the Plaza del Sol Mall. Excellent facilities, including a casino and excellent customer services. The rooms are modern and beautifull. Breakfast is delicious. It also has a huge parking if you have a rental or personal car. If not, its not a problem, you car travel in UBER or taxi to nearby malls, like Rio Hondo Mall, El Cantón Mall, and Santa Rosa Mall. Best by far, if you have a dog, its welcome to this hotel.

    I really enjoyed my stay in Bayamon. The host was incredibly communicative and responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The property is perfectly located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of activities and exploring. To get to this side of Puerto Rico, we rented a car and it gave us the ability to explore other areas of the Island as well.

    Our booking was canceled due to a miscommunication the hotel and booking agency. The location refused to reinstate the booking once we arrived. We had to pay to find another place to allow our children to sleep after being stranded in the airport for hours. We had to set up another booking the next day, paying more than the original booking, and receiving smaller accommodations to continue our trip.

    The staff was exceptional. I like that the location was not far from San Juan. I like that there are so many restaurants and shopping centers that are all close around while paying a great price to stay. Breakfast was a plus for me!
