The location could not be more central to Vila do Gerês. The hotel is beautiful, the room was huge and the bed was really spacious and comfortable. I slept like a baby and I'm quite fussy about beds and mattresses. The shower/bath was big, the water hot and with good pressure, lovely bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice too, European style with some eggs, pastries, fruits, cured meats etc. Would definitely come back again ☺️

The apartment came with a beautiful terrace with the view of the lake and the swimming pool, also we had a really cool Apple TV and a projector which was very unique and made our stay!! The apartment, the pool, the hosts and the location were all exceptional. Our whole experience at Villas Geres could not have been better. We have stayed at a lot of booking.com sites and Susanna and Thomas were probably the best hosts we have encountered. Their property reflected their high standards, friendliness & attention to detail. Could not recommend the place more highly.
