We had an unfortunate experience when checking in with one of the front desk people chasing us to pay the second we stepped into the villa. It turned out it was a mistake on their end and the manager Mr. Santos did a great job to rectify the problem and make us feel better for our bad first impression. THIS IS THE WAY TO DO HOSPITALITY DOHA!! TAKE NOTES!!! I am posting this negative to show how good the stay was and how care and attention to the guest can create repeat visitors. It is cheaper to keep a customer than it is to get a new one. Something places in Qatar need to learn. A bunch of "sorry's" are not enough. Great Job Mr. Santos(manager), front desk, Chef Walter, and the F&B staff!! We will be back!!Guest review byJamesQatar
