We stayed at the resort to celebrate our daughter’s 1st birthday at their restaurant (Awtar Restaurant). Everything went well. We had a great time. Special thanks to the Restaurant Supervisor, Sir Aldin, who assisted us all throughout. He was very hands-on and made sure that everything was going well. Kudos also to the staff who are all very accommodating and made our party smooth while also taking care of our needs and requests. The food was also superb, thanks to Chef Reda. We really enjoyed it. Lastly, after the tiring party, we got to rest and sleep comfortably in our villa. It was so huge and worth it.

Staff went above and beyond and gave room upgrade free of charge since we arrived very early and had to wait for the scheduled 3 pm check in due to full capacity. Very nice and took good care by the pool while we waited. Executive suite room is a 10/10
