Upon our arrival, Juan greeted us warmly—friendly, youthful, yet precise in his welcome. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the breakfast was absolutely divine. In the evening, there was a small misunderstanding with the taxi, which was my fault, but Sandra at reception handled the situation calmly and professionally resolving everything and expertly upselling us by guiding us to the bar. There, Margarita took over and dazzled us with the secret cocktail menu. Upon our departure, Ádám assisted with check-out, also greeting us with a big smile and helpful attitude. We went to Lusail to watch the Formula 1, the location was great for this but also close to the Al Maha promenade and beach club etc… On arrival I was informed that we had been upgraded to a junior suite. It was perfect! So spacious and a lovely luxurious feel to it. The whole building is great! We loved our time here and the staff were so attentive. I really want to come back soon!
