It is brand new, clean and spacious apartment. There are grocery stores and fast food in the immediate vicinity. Very reasonable price for 6 people. There is pleanty of space to park if you travel by car. Self check-in is a great advantage.

Self check in. We could stay with our small dog, which is a plus. The owner spoke English well. Good air conditioning. There is a garden, however it is shared with the neighbors. So if for someone it is also important because of a dog, bear that in mind.

    More of a residential area but clean and value for money Hosts were excellent No bars close by restaurant downstairs was closed. Royal sushi restaurant was nice next door. If wanting quiet holiday it's great but 45 to hour away in taxi for night-life.

    My sister and her kids were staying in the Grey Apartments...

    My sister and her kids were staying in the Grey Apartments for a few days when vising Bucharest. They were looking for a spacious and affordable option, rather than being in the center of the city. They were extremely happy with absolutely everything. The check-in was easy. The apartment was extremely clean, very spacious, had a huge terrace, comfortable beds, large and nicely done kitchen with all the appliances, and even a washing machine. The supermarket is just steps away. My sister had to extend their stay for a few more days, and it was very easy. The owners even applied a discount for extra days. The location of the property is a little far from the old town area, but Uber rides are very affordable in Romania. This place is great for staying with the family!

    The only one but big problem is the very limited presence of staff at the reception. Before 8 and after 20 o’clock it is impossible to checkin or checkout. Only possible to leave the key in a basket near the recrptuon if leaving. But paying the extended night is not possible, if leaving early to airport for example. Highest time to add a nightshift or to arrive soon after calling the published phonenumber.
