The facility is new with proper comfortable furniture inside. The location is top notch, we were able to travel almost all parts of the "viewable" city by walk. Though, we haven't used the bus terminal and tram stations are located within 3 minutes walk of the apartment. It is within 15 minutes of walk to USCE concert area, which is nice since we were there for Rammstein. The view of the balcony was top notch, and we had a great time watching the city there. The communications with the host were stellar, the host answered all my questions before and during our stay.

The apartment is extremely clean, spacious, and fully equipped, located in a new building. It has an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the mall and the promenade. Most importantly, it offers a parking space within the garage. I highly recommend it for booking!

    New neighbour of Belgrade still under development.

    New neighbour of Belgrade still under development. It already looks grand, lots of people already living there so it does not look empty. It will for sure get even better. It is a little less typical but very convenient with parking connected to the house and very close to everything.

    The location is excellent. The apartment is spacious.

    The location is excellent. The apartment is spacious. Comfortable beds. Very clean apartment. We had free parking in front of the entrance to the building. We were literally located just five minutes from the city center. We had a beautiful view on the river. All praise for the host. He showed us which restaurants in the city we can visit. The deposit was returned as agreed. All recommendations, we will definitely come again.

    Great location ,been there fitst time in October 2023 and then last night as i had early morning flight from Belgrade.City center 10 minutes far from location ,public transportation or taxy is great.Apartment is very clean and if anyone needs a dentist it is one floor below 😊

    We had a quick overnight stay and this amazing apartment was ideal for its convenience from the bus to nearby bars, restaurants and surprisingly beautiful walking areas. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen had plenty of supplies and the overall aesthetic is welcoming, cute decor, and thoughtful layout to make sure you get a lot in the space and for your money. Long story short- extraordinary efficiency and convenience! We will definitely come back! Way to go Serbia!
