I didn't mind the location, out of town, but beautiful views to me, the breakfast was spectacular, I enjoyed the hospitality, clothes washed and ironed, organised in your room closet, I honestly loved it, and they were nice. Room service too for breakfast and any meals of your choice, the menu is extensive too. loved that!

Everything was beyond my expectations - the staff, the restaurant, the views. This hotel came as a total suprise for me. Employees were so kind and helpful. They were always smiling sincerely. I felt like at home there. The best thing for me were spectacular landscapes of Kigali from hotel top floors. Couldn't find better views in the city. Last but not least they offer a swimmimg pool with the bar area and nice music. Can't wait to come back there.

The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was good. Really nice view of Kigali from the 9th floor. Tasty complimentary breakfast. Really convenient location in downtown Kigali. Friendly and very helpful staff. Airport pick up and drop off were really seamless. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Rwanda.
