The Hotel is beautifully and thoughtfully equipped. There is a consciousness of sustainable conservation and energy management through the property. In the rooms there is a Generosity in how the rooms are designed and furnished. The Staff are amazing , they are all so conscious of trying to fulfill your every request that is within their possibilities ....starting with Amal , Sarah, Murien at the front desk to the bellhop and the room service to Mahomes at Breakfast and Shabaan at dinner ....you finally get to experience the Hospitality , Warmth and sincere Generosity of the Arab people. This is my 4th trip to Saudi over 30 yr span and for the first time I felt like an honoured guest , rather than a pesky foreigner . It was an unusual experience to see Saudi Woman at the forefront of the Hospitality industry, they are extremely efficient and pleasant . The hotel rate is expensive but GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY , location is excellent , central and accessible to most things from here . Parking is secure beneath the hotel , and entrances are easy ....porters are helpful ,old school attendance. Thank you to a Brilliant team for making our first visit to Taif memorable in every good way .

My son and I stayed for a night since we came to see Taif after completion of Umrah. We had arrived after sunset. After a hot shower in their nice bathroom, we went out to explore the place. I was plaeasantly surprized to see that the Tera Mall and Cenomi Jouri Mall were just 250m away from the Hotel. Tera Mall was on the same side, and the other on opposite side of the road. There were some restaurants and cafes as well on the main road. So, dinner was a breeze! Breakfast was complimentary and frankly, I had expected cereals and pancakes. But, when we stepped in, we were thrilled to see a plethora of dishes. As well as a live cooking area with chefs making omlette and some baked goods to order. Coffe and Tea was also available. I would rate it 10/10. Its has Musalla (prayer room) for men and a prayer area for women. Though my 14 yr old son prayed in the close by Masjid. It felt safe to let him go alone even at Fajir time.
