Very clean and cozy place to relax after a long journey. Domen made my experience extra special as he helped me a lot while checking in late at night and greeted me early in the morning during breakfast to make sure I had a great night sleep. He was the most helpful person during my entire stay in Slovenia. The breakfast was good and the room was big enough for its price compared to the other hotels in Ljubljana. The hotel is close to bus stop which takes you easily to places including Bled. Will definitely comeback to the same hotel when I come to Ljubljana

What a pleasant surprise this gorgeous little hotel was, bang in the center of old town. Having been my first visit to Ljubljana I couldn't have picked a more central and safe hotel. A big shoutout to the breakfast crew, they were so delightful (sorry I don't remember names) and what a lovely spread for breakfast I was offered every morning! The rooms were comfortable and clean and I will most definitely visit and stay in Hotel Heritage again

The breakfast was excellent, especially fried eggs were there every day. The location was also very good. We got free car parking as well. The rooms were spacious and well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also had option to get free water and coffee all the time.
