    Loved the hotel.

    Loved the hotel. Room was a nice size and came with a kitchenette, beds comfy abd the shower was hot. Centrally located so you have access to everything you need, plenty of restaurants on and near the property. Pool and gym access. Scenic views of the bay. Do the city tour… so you can get a snapshot of the island… eat at the local eateries..,they’re the best. Revial has THE best breakfast, Buccaneers and Shoreline (hole in the wall but the most authentic food) the beaches are gorgeous enjoy as many as you can. You can also take a ferry to nearby Anguilla and St Barts

    There were many places to eat but our favorite spot was The Captains Rib Shack. The food was delicious and there was a wide variety. There was easy access to buses which was our mode of transport. We stayed on the Dutch side but took the bus to the French side, Bus fare is $2.00 to Philipsburg and $1.50 to Maho. I strongly recommend Maho Beach where the planes fly low overhead to land. It was an awesome experience.

    The staff was at best "surly".

    The staff was at best "surly". The front desk staff acted like they were doing us a favor by talking to us. Same with the staff at the "restaurant", which was hardly what I would call a restaurant. We were not given the type of room (oceanfront) that I had pre-booked and paid for. Instead of ocean-front we were given a room with a view of the parking lot, about as far away from the beach as you can get. We were not advised of the room change, and when we were escorted to the room and called the front desk they gave us nothing but the run-around. We had already waited over 5 hours to get the room in the pouring rain and wind as there were no places to sit inside. We got absolutely drenched and the staff didn't seem to care. I would give high marks for the location, negative marks for the staff.

    Great location!

    Great location! Walking distance to everything I needed ( great eating places, supermarket). Lots of space for car rental parking. The beachfront was a bit stony ( in water) but nothing that a pair of crocs couldn’t address. Pool size with swim up bar was brilliant.

    Comfortable room. Great amenities. Housekeeping everyday! Pool literally outside our room. Great patio with great seating. We played cards on the table on the patio while it rained and saw a beautiful rainbow. So close to the grocery store. Walked to many restaurants.

    A cozy and stylish hotel set in a garden, with a small but nice swimming pool and a beautiful beach where sunbeds and umbrellas are available free of charge for hotel guests. On the other side of the Hotel is the airport runway, which can be an attraction for spotters but also a source of noise during the day. The nights are quiet.

    The newly built hotel is positioned at the end of Maho Beach. The structure is not too high, lovely designed and fitted rooms. Excellent food and services. Had delicious steak dinner. Very tasty and tender. Quality of the training of staff and the hospitality received is of a noticeable high level. Very good, but pricey.

    The location was great for our first few days on Sint Maarten - easy to get to from the airport & plenty of places nearby to go for drinks & food. The pool area was lovely especially with the pina coladas at the swim up bar. Breakfast was very good.
