Overall a great stay. Location was pretty good, on a quiet street. Comfy beds, super clean, very cozy decor, good breakfast, lovely and kind staff. Would recommend, great value!

The staff were very capable and extremely efficient. All seemed happy and it was a pleasure to be treated with such courtesy and politeness. Sitting by the pool and enjoying the scrumptious breakfast each morning was delightful. The room was well appointed and spotlessly clean, as was the rest of the hotel.

Supper nice and helpful staff, supper cool and comfortable design! True ECO hotel from outdoor to indoor. Room is cozy, restaurant is combined with the outdoor quite well, very good breakfast experience on both food and surroundings. Even hotel is on soft opening during our stay, but we feel very comfortable and like be home. Definitely will come back in our next vacation in Chiang Mai.

This property was exceptionally clean and has lovely pool that we used often during our stay. Breakfast was some of the best foods we tried in Chiang Mai - their curries for breakfast were sensational! also, the free snack and drinks area was nicely set out and a popular spot. The staff here were very friendly, eager to help and we cannot wait to bring our family next time. The location is so good as very close to daily night food market, while being just outside the old city walls it is an easy 5 minute walk to old town. Scooter hire places are nearby too. I would highly recommend this hotel to others as it is by far the best one we have stayed in while for the price point/value for money as we tour Asia.
