Close to the beach, but around here are so many different resturants, bars and ofcourse the beach. Staff is nice and welcoming I enjoyed my short stay will stay longer next time. I think then I can leave a more developped review

Really great little guesthouse! The owner and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are all newly refurbished and nicely decorated, with comfy beds and smart TVs. The location is great it's just a short walk to the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. The owner really helped us out when we had a big problem (nothing to do with the hotel), so we’re very grateful to him. The rooms were cleaned whenever we wanted, and there's a nice place to chill downstairs, both inside and outside. Good Wi-Fi too!

Room is spacious, breakfast is excellent- also baby corner. Pools are super, clean. Location of the hotel is on the main street, next to it is food market (open every day from 4pm, exceot Sundays). Beach is 5min away - they have shortcut through special gate.

    Great, long and clean beach.

    Great, long and clean beach. Sadly, the sea was too rough for swimming most of the time, but OK for splashing through the waves. It occasionally calmed down in the late afternoon/evening. This was in low season, so to be expected. A bit naughty, the sun bed vendors required the same price (100 Baht) irrespective of how long or short a time you wanted to use them. I've no idea how (or if) they remembered you had paid if you went off for lunch etc.

    Kata is a lovely beach There are some expensive hotels that are directly fronting the beach and so their staff clean the beach each day. Beach chairs are available but not so many that they cannot be avoided if you just want to walk on the beach. At the time of year I was there the main activity was surfing at the southern end with many people taking lessons. Some nice cafes right on the beach at the southern end which is the nicest part.

    Our first time it was exceptional,the staff was great.Our room was the most impressive,especially the view of the beach from the balcony.Lots of great resturant around to choose from.Also 7/11 close by Easy to get around we did the night market zoo shopping mall.

    It's a long beach, not too crowded, and quite clean.

    It's a long beach, not too crowded, and quite clean. You can get a 2 chairs under the umbrella for 100 THB for the whole day, they even give you a hand broom to brush off the sand and a bottle of water. There is a clean toilet nearby which you can use spending 10 THB.

    beautifull beach that can be busy and too much waves in the afternoon. And if you like to swim and quiet like me, the best is in the morning but then again I was there in a low season (raining) so nice for a week

    Excellent village so so beautiful needs a little upkeep in areas like bathroom grout . Love that the pool is open until 10..staff are fantastic and accomodating Can hear noise from the main street pulling the curtains is a must. One of the most beautiful Thai locations I've ever stayed in will definitely be recommending to friends ...I was blown away on arrival and this location kata beach is definitely the best in phuket ....thank you so much for assistance guidance and the welcome ...be difficult find a nicer stay xx

    Loved the feel of old school Thailand staying in this one level complex, bungalow style... away from the garish concrete jungle resorts full of Russians that is almost the only option here in Phuket these days. This property was quiet (only at day time) laid back, friendly, calm super clean and felt very Thai.. the staff smiled and the gardens were beautiful.

    The service os beyond compare - the staff are friendly, efficient keen to assist guests. Location is nice. Walkable to the beach, food and shops. Not a crazy busy area. Free suttle to and from Kata beach. We would stay here again when we come back to Phuket! :)
