Staff were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle service was excellent and on time. Afternoon tea with cakes and fruit was great. Free activities were a bonus.

The staff was perfect, friendly and welcoming. The staff from cleaner till manager did their utmost to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We really appreciate that. We planed to stay for a couple of days but in the end we stayed for 10 days, because this hotel is a pure gem. Every detail has been taken care of. We really had a great time. We will surely come back if we visit Chiang Mai again.

Everything was wonderful, it was exceptional 5 star service throughout. Staff are brilliant and polite, the breakfast was very good and healthy. I liked the complimentary yoga classes. Gym and pool were good. Room was amazing, really comfy bed and luxurious.

The location is between the popular touristy area "Nimman" and "Old Town", so it was really quiet. It is also quite close to the airport, so sometimes you can hear the airplane taking off or landing but it did not bother me too much. The room is super clean and a decent size for a solo traveler which I felt super comfortable staying there. The host offered me drinks from its self-owned cafe which made me feel super welcomed. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Amazing stay, from the design of the hotel to the amazing staff. I really enjoy my stay there. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. I enjoy the free flow wine bar and snacks in the evening. Location is nice and the neighbourhood is full of great coffee and food spot.

Really nicely done rooms, super comfy beds, great finishes everywhere. If you need a comfy luxury spot to stay at and explore chiang mai and nimmaen, I 10/10 recommend. I used it to relax one night before moving into a studio apartment and had one of the best nights of sleep in a long time
