Super friendly and helpful staff. Spotless clean. Nice and cozy rooms. Daily cleaning. Good location. Uncomfortable scooter rental. Otteri laundry very close. WIFI (though in room 218 at the very end of the aisle the signal was very low and since we had to work and attend video calls they moved us to another room with much better reception. Great value for money (we stayed four nights). Highly recommended

Close to lots of restaurants and night markets, room was spacious and clean. The owner was so sweet, she took the time to take me to the bus station to make sure I got on the right bus. I would absolutely stay here again if I would be to visit Hat Yai

Really enjoy the stay eventhough it just a short trip. The room is spacious & spotlessly clean. The location is quite strategic & u can easily got a parking space in front of the hotel. The staff is really friendly & they take into consideration of things to make improvement in the future.

I liked the pool and the exercise room. I liked the staff at the front desk as they arranged a taxi ride early in the morning to the airport. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. I would stay here again. Good value.

    I am considering retirement in HY and this first stay was a real help to decide. I really like HY. There is so much I haven't seen on this trip but I will return in a couple of months. BOLT is a great way to get around, average journey price 55 baht (april 2025) BOLT drivers are amazing, you can have a car turn up in 2 minutes and be on your way. The selection of food in HY is off the scale. I have not met one person who was unkind or rude. I have had a couple of bad experiences in cafes with cold food or slow service but nothing to put me off returning to this city.

    Lots of places to visit and reasonable rates.

    Lots of places to visit and reasonable rates. Great choices for food with delicious, fresh street food to great restaurants - choices to fit different budgets. Great for family vacation as it is more than just a place to shop. With the hot and humid weather, best to dress with light clothing. You can negotiate for day rates with various drivers and this will make it easier for your going to different places around Hatyai.

    Good place to visit.

    Good place to visit. Many good places to visit in Hat Yai and Songkhla. Gooden Statue Mermaid, Stainless Steel Temple, 4-Face Buddha, Floating Market etc. Foods are good and very cheap. Grab for transport is cheap too. People here are very nice. My only wish for them is to learn more English and so, they can earn more !!

    A nice town.

    A nice town. I'm sure there's a lot more to explore there which I unfortunately couldn't in just one morning (on my way to my main destination in southern Thailand) and with just one night's stay (on my way back home in Malaysia).

    If you're looking for a family friendly location, affordable...

    If you're looking for a family friendly location, affordable, plenty of local night markets, a convenient location and relatively close to necessities, Hat Yai would definitely be a choice to consider. I think it's even a good place for long term stays as the rents in Hat Yai are surprisingly affordable.

    This was my fifth time at the Habita Hat Yai. We drive to Thailand a few times every year and each time we stopover for one night on both legs before heading up north to either the East or West Coast. It has become a familiar stop for us and almost like. a second home in Hat Yai. We have tried other hotels with more central locations but the Habita's layout, vibe, rooms and overall feel trumps the rest. And also great value for money, especially the suites.

    Location is the gem, I stayed on 9th floor so I could see Hat Yai city view from my room. Room is spacious as well as the cleanliness. The hotel is under renovation at lobby but it doesn't matter. Staff at night during check in was good. Will book again if I visit Hat Yai.

    The breakfast catered mainly for the Hotel's Asian guests and not much choice for a 'Continental' breakfast. Even though the Hotel was a little away from Hat Yai centre the location was quiet and peaceful and Tuk Tuks and Grab were easily available.
