The staff here are super friendly and always happy to help with anything! They really went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay, teaching me a bit of the local language, booking taxis, and checking in to see if I was doing okay. I honestly felt really well looked after. The place itself is adorable, and the rooms are spotless and cosy. They even top up water and tissues every day, which is such a nice touch.💕

The bungalow is near the beach, and it is lovely to wake up and go to bed with the sound of the sea…The entire structure is designed to help you relax and enjoy every small moment of the day... There's a small pool, a shaded patio for having breakfast or relaxing on the futon while reading, and the bar prepares phenomenal smoothies! most importantly, The staff is kind and helpful, assisting you in organizing day tours to other islands or managing your transportation on the island by taxi... truly fantastic!

Excellent value for money, right on the beach. If you want a 5 star resort, this is not for you. Pens Bungalows and others like it are the reason why we have been visiting Thailand for 20 years. Unpretentious and friendly, they treat you like family. You can easily walk along the beach to other bars and restaurants but we found Pens had really delicious food at a better price. One of the highlights of our stay was the staff, every staff member from housekeeping, the kitchen, reception and the restaurant were friendly and kind. It was our first stay at Pens but we will definitely come back.
