The staff is very friendly. We had the breakfast, which is totally worth it, with fresh fruit, bread, jam, coffee, and more. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The exterior facilities were also very clean and well-maintained

We booked a villa on the beach which was amazing. The accommodation itself is quite old but room and bathroom were large and comfortable. As it rained a bit we got a terrible smell through the canal on the shower, as I believe they don’t have smell trap installed, but we covered it with the bin and that’s how we solved the problem. The staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful.

The garden is beautiful! Very peaceful, an escape from the city. The beds are comfortable and the bicycles are so nice to take to tour around the city! The staff is amazing! I needed to go to the hospital and they were willing to come with me and help me with everything I needed.

Very true to the pictures! Beautiful property, all green, big swimming pool and a private beach! Watched the sunset everyday :) The restaurant is on the beachfront, friendly staff, large selection of Thai and International food, just the perfect vibe. Villa was very spacious and had beautiful style, huge bath.

The stay at Villa Ayundra was exceptional. We were welcomed by a warm, caring team led by the manager, Gee. The entire team ensured our well-being throughout our stay in a very discreet, almost imperceptible manner. The villa itself is far removed from any tourist hustle and bustle and is equipped with all the luxurious amenities needed to unwind and let the soul relax. The pool, the bar, the location, and the facilities create a wonderful overall concept that is unparalleled. Gee and her team were also always very helpful in planning leisure activities, such as jet skiing and a day trip to the marine nature reserve. In summary, a dream vacation in a dreamlike villa with wonderful staff. An absolute recommendation. We would love to return.

    Lipa Noi is beautiful.

    Lipa Noi is beautiful. Definitely the more reserved part of the Island but if you want a night out there are a few areas about 20-30 mins away by moped or their Grab car service. One of these areas was Fishermans village about a 30 min moped ride. Tons of Restaurants and shopping right on the beach. Closer ti the resort was the Great area if you prefer a nice mix of relaxation and fun on your vacations People are so friendly and accommodating.

    When in Koh Samui stay on the Westside of the Island to...

    When in Koh Samui stay on the Westside of the Island to experience the wonderful sunsets. In Nathon theres a street food market everyday. You need a motorbike to get around Koh Samui. June Thai food is very good and authentic cuisine, Chill-Inn beach café is nice to hang out. Lipa Lodge is great to stay. Visite the close Na Muang Waterfalls.

    Unique. It was unique. It is unique. It will always be unique. I felt incredibly comfortable and was extremely impressed by the humanity and warmth of Hendrik and Waran. They give this place a special touch and have an extraordinarily good eye for the little things. And there is a lot to discover on Lipa Noi beach. The best coconuts to drink and eat are at the Bikini Bar. The atmosphere is awesome! The Retro Café is also pretty cool. And Nanus serves great pizza.

    Absolutely fantastic property right on the beach. We had our own pool which was great but also enjoyed the hotel pool. The shower and room were fabulous. There are free kayaks to use on the beach. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options available. Eating out nearby was fine too. Nice and quiet which was what we were looking for. We hired bikes to look around the island.
