Everything was perfect from the check-in until the check-out. Our room had beautiful see view, everything was so clean and comfortable. The Staff was super nice and helpful in every part of the hotel( reception, housekeeping,restaurants and spa,pools)! This was one of the best hotel experience i’ve ever had. If you would like to visit Pattaya this is the best accomodation for it! Def, want to visit again in the future!

The hotel is very warm and feels at home. Because my wife was pregnant, Hans thoughtfully arranged the first room for us on the second floor. We wanted to go to the show and ride elephants, which helped us buy tickets. After we checked out, we were sent to the bus station and gave us a small gift.

The staff were very helpful! Especially the front desk. They offer you a fresh healthy drink. The room is nice and clean, and pretty big. It's the cheapest high rated accommodation I could find near the sanctuary of truth, if you are interested in seeing it I would recommend staying here. Beds were very comfy but if you need hard beds it won't be for you (at least in my room).

Second stay at P-Park for a duration of 16 days in low season. Spacious room, functional bathroom, very pleasant swimming pool .... A big thank you for all the staff always available and welcoming. Very good value for money in low season. I was planning to come in January 2026 (high season),but the price of the room is multiplied by 6, Which seems excessive to me.

The location is excellent! The facility itself is just out of this world! The staff is extremely friendly and excellent in providing the service. Breakfast is just”WOW”. It was lovely there, definitely the nice part of Pattaya.

It was lovely there, definitely the nice part of Pattaya. Much quieter and more relaxing. If you prefer to be in amongst the hustle and bustle, you would probably prefer to stay in the city centre. Although it was a very short cheap uber or taxi/scooter ride to the city centre.

Pattaya north is by far the best area in Pattaya, compared to Pattaya Central its quiet, clean and has great shopping centres as well as bars on your doorstep. If you not in Pattaya to enjoy adult activities then Pattaya north is the place you want to be.

North Pataya is an interesting area with a lot going on...

North Pataya is an interesting area with a lot going on around 3rd Road, Clubs, Pubs and BBQ places which I did not really have time to visit. Cannot get around easy with the 10B bus but Bolt taxis were very easy to get around with and cheap.

Pattaya has a good mix of entertainment outlets and massage parlours, restaurants and shopping venues. However there were not many authentic Thai restaurants, the streets are dominated by Indian, Italian and fast food restaurants.

North Pattaya is 8 miles from beach and walking street. However bear in mind the traffic this can take 20/25 mins. Pattaya beach stinks. Go to coral Island cruises. Cheap deals by speed boat : paragliding, snorkeling,jet ski and banana ride only 52£ all day. Very impressive at least 2 islands with clean aqua water.

Pattaya North has a lot to offer.

Pattaya North has a lot to offer. The hotel is not close to the city, but there is a shuttle bus that provide transport two time a day to the mall. I think there should be more than 2 trips per day. There are no trips provided in the morning.

good hotel in Pattaya North, private beach not always very clean but I saw them cleaning it so it is not always the hotel fault good breakfast, Next to the hotel there are restaurants and market everything you need There is also o taxi service to Pattaya central and the walking street I think you need to negotiate the price I don't know ,we took a taxi from the hotel Clean and big room,comfortable balcony and view over the Sanctuary of Truth A nice stay

This is the second time we have stayed here and we’ve booked again for next winter. After staying in nearly all the top class hotels in Pattaya, I must say we do prefer this hotel. Not too big, great views, lovely staff, great service, rooms are superb, clean and comfy bed, clean pool, beach views and everything you want from a Thai Hotel, especially as the staff look after the hotel dog, Emma. Kind people x

Stayed here for 2 weeks The hotel is located in a very nice spot - just near the beach front, convenient stores with ATM’s, Night markets nearby for food and the famous Soi 6. We stayed in Studio Double Room A01 on the 1-way road frontage was ok for the price - clean, and spacious. Fresh water and towels everyday.

We had a fabulous three week stay. The staff are extremely helpful and caring. Location is fantastic, beds are comfortable. Buffet breakfast is amazing. Three fabulous pools and the hotel is on the beach, not across the road like so many others. We will definitely be going back.
