From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome, a free coffee, and big smiles from the team. Every member of the Izmir Marriott team were helpful, friendly, and full of useful tips for exploring Izmir. The indoor pool area is clean and enjoyable for a morning or evening swim. The food was delicious, this hotel has one of the best breakfast buffets we've ever had! The rooms are spacious, with incredibly comfy beds. The location on the sea front is perfect for exploring the tourist sites in Izmir, with the bazaar a 15 minute walk away, the pier 5 minutes' walk away, and the Ataturk museum 20 minutes' walk away. We absolutely loved staying here and can't recommend it enough for those visiting Izmir.

Let's start with the location - it's truly unbeatable. Situated right next to a vibrant mall, the hotel offers not only convenience but also a fantastic atmosphere. Whether I wanted to explore local cuisine, shop for souvenirs, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll, everything was within easy reach. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy ambiance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. Now, onto the food - simply divine! The hotel's restaurant served a delightful array of dishes, from local specialties to international cuisine, each prepared with fresh ingredients and presented with exquisite taste. The breakfast buffet was a particular highlight, with a wide selection of both hot and cold options to start the day right. What truly set Hayat Regency apart, however, was the impeccable service.
