The main advantage of this residence hotel is its location. It is adjacent to the Forum Mall (with its Carrefour supermarket, the foodcourt, boutiques, restaurants and cafes), Decathlon, Koctas and Ikea. They are just across the road. There is the Kocatepe metro station there and a small park on the other side of the station. The hotel has its own parking lots and garages for rental cars. The personnel are friendly and helpful. The building and the apartments are quality built and refurbished. Everything inside the apartments is quality built and well equipped. There is a kitchen corner well equipped with a hi tech fridge, furniture and kitchen equipment including the oven, microwave oven etc., the vast main room with sofas and a big screen TV, a bedroom with excessive supply of bed linen and things (big and tough pillows are excellent!), the bathroom well equipped with gowns, towels, shampoos etc., a big balcony with tables and chairs. There are a washing macine and ironing equipment. The area is quiet and ecologically clean despite the proximity of a road. Cleaning is perfect. Everything is new, clean and in good supply. The personnel do not solicit favorable reviews (which is unfortunately the case at some hotels in the historical center of this city). At arrival, you submit a deposit of $200 which is returned on checking out. To finalize the review, there were not big expectations; eventually, the hotel turned out to be quite nice and pleasant without major shortcomings. After all, it is apartments you get, not just hotel rooms.

Breakfast has many options, especially the salads. The hotel is new and cozy, cleanliness is on top thanks to Turan bey. Location is near various shops and the biruni hospital, which is convenient for patients. Staff is helpful and caring. The rooms are spacious, every day cleaning. There is spa with pool, saunas, hamam. Operation manager Mehmet Caner solved all issues and gave good room. Waiter Saniyad is kind to guests. Overall, big thanks to all hotel workers.

Hotel and Room were very clean. All the staff were kind and friendly, especially Bilal and Ahmed, they went above and beyond. Great location as loads of restaurants and shops around. Greal location for travel as metro bus 24/7 is 3 minutes away. Will deffo go back there, felt at home

    The hotel away for everything and no one on guard room or reception speak any language but Turkish and the phone number not respond, to get a key need to open roaming your international number which I don’t have it There is no blanket and linen small to queen bed Ac broken and no hangers in dressing closet the shelves in tiny bathroom was broken( I have pictures for all this problem which was in room 56 block a in 7 floor

    It is a newly built neighbourhood.

    It is a newly built neighbourhood. I prefer not to stay in the city centre as a neighbourhood slightly far from the centre gives me better access to all sides and parts of the city. Of course, you need to have a car. There is a lively high street where you can find all you need. As it is a newly built neighbourhood, expect to see construction work both on the roads and on new buildings.

    Quiet hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite.

    Quiet hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Especially when I arrived post midnight and hungry! I didn't get much chance to get round the neighbourhood but seemed well connected by car to the places I was going to.
