The hotel is really wonderful and cozy. It is situated not far from the center of the city, so it will be very easy for you to have an everyday walking. The manager and personnel of the hotel are very polite and kind to every guest. The suit is just gorgeous, clean and tidy and well designed. As for breakfast, it's also well done, fresh and delicious. If you want to have a good rest in wonderful place, don't hesitate, choose this hotel.

Very, very nice hotel, very friendly reception. However, please do not go to the "hanmeimei" travel agency near the hotel. We booked a hot air balloon in this travel agency and waited at the reception on time, but the travel agency did not pick us up to go to the hot air balloon. The hotel reception also helped us call the travel agency, but the phone was hung up several times. However, not only did the travel agency not apologize for missing the balloon, but it also did not offer a refund, which made Cappadocia a very disappointing place for us.

This small hotel is located on Cavusin, just 3 kms away from the more busy Goreme. If you have a car it is really recommended to stay here as you get the quiet and picturesque views and can get to Göreme very quickly. The staff were incredibly helpful, from suggestions on which air balloon to take, to helping out on anything we needed. Great attitude!! The rooms are typical of the area built within the old cave structures but the amazing part is the view, especially at 6 am when the balloons are flying over. Breakfast was good and they also gave us a takeaway version in our last day as we needed to leave early.

    I was surprised by how overly "tourist-y" Goreme was.

    I was surprised by how overly "tourist-y" Goreme was. The restaurants didn't offer traditional Turkish food, everything was very overpriced, the whole town came across as flashy and overdone to me. In hindsight, I wish we had stayed in one of the other smaller towns in the region.

    Goreme is a great location in heart of Cappadocia.

    Goreme is a great location in heart of Cappadocia. Lots of restaurants, shops and activities - although the main one is probably the balloon rides! Going on guided tour of the area best way to get around if no personal transport.

    It was a lovely place and lots to see.

    It was a lovely place and lots to see. Many scenery places are accessible by walking. Hot balloon ride is absolute “must”, it was spectacular. Would recommend to book through your hotel as it costs less than half of the price paid on line.

    A lot of activity in and around Goreme, plenty of hotels, restaurants, souvenir shops and tours you can book for day trips to other areas around Cappadocia. Enjoyed our time at Goreme and would very much consider basing here again during future trips to Cappadocia.

    Goreme is a fantastic tourist destination and a must see when in Turkey. The pre-paid Booking.com transfer service just never turned up at the airport or even communicated with us, resulting in us having to take a private taxi atr a substantial premium. I would strongly recommend the airport shuttle service. Getting around Goreme is somewhat confusing without internet and digital support. We took the green tour and hot air baloon ride, both being super! The underground cities are facinating to visit.

    My review of Goreme is a touristy town where everything is just inflated from the tasteless food to the price gouging and tricky for flying the hot air balloon rides. Our hotel even admitted that companies will cancel a confirmed reservation for a balloon ride so they can find a better reservation for a higher price, even if the weather is good to go. The food is super expensive and not tasty at all. You are better off just making your own food and visiting another city in Turkey.

    Everything! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was my friend's birthday and they were very thoughtful. They greated her with cake and tea. She was visiting from the US and was very impressed with the hospitality. This is my 7th time in Cappadocia and the hotel managed to make this trip very memorable. I've stayed with similar cave hotels but the pool inside a cave was unique. The decor is tastefully done. The restaurant has an amazing view of Goreme. I highly suggest that you visit it in the morning and in the evening.

    Such a beautiful, clean , well maintained property ! It also has the best views of Goreme and the hot air balloons ! We stayed in one of the suites and the view from our jacuzzi was so amazing ! Ibrahim was very helpful, organised amazing excursions and was so committed to making our experience wonderful - thank you so much Charming cave hotel - you gave us an experience we will never forget ! If you’re visiting Cappadocia I would highly recommend booking this hotel , you won’t regret it! ☺️

    We loved our stay at Panoramic Cave Hotel. The room was very spacious, cozy and warm (we went in the end of winter). Breakfast was also great with lots of local delicacies to try, however Asya and Emir really made our stay awesome. They run the hotel's reception and gave us recommendations on what to do, where to eat and even helped us book the right tours to make the most of our time in Cappadocia. We really felt looked after in Panoramic Cave Hotel.

    Harman Cave hotel was best for its location, cleanliness and perfect cave hotel look. Breakfast had a good spread. Amazing view and perfect for early morning balloon beauty. The staff was really great and helpful especially Hussain who was really good at his work, very polite and courteaous. Customer friendly and helped us in every possible way to make our stay and trip memorable in Cappadocia. i highly recommend this hotel and its staff.
