We (my wife and me) had a wonderful stay at the hotel, the location is great, the room was super clean, the stuff OMG they are super friendly and helpful especially Deniz from the "Guest Relation" she made our stay Amazing ! We stayed for just 3 nights, but it was a very comfortable experience. The room was spacious with an amazing bay view, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, especially towards our pet, which we really appreciated. Everything went smoothly during our stay. We are also pleased about the room services, the food, and the cleaning, which were perfect.

We stayed at Roi Hotel while attending a friend’s wedding. The hotel is in a good location, with several nice local breakfast/ bakery places nearby—definitely worth trying. The rooms were clean and tidy, with basic cleaning products, slippers, and towels provided. The staff were very friendly and helped us quickly when we had an issue with the kettle, which we appreciated. Overall, that was very comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting Izmir.

Staff were really professional and friendly, room was big, stylish and clean, pillow selection is great idea, bed was big and comfortable, shower was clean and water pressure, temperature were all perfect, room service is 24/7 available and they even prepared things were not in the menu and food/deserts were really delicious, location is perfect. I first found it expensive, and I booked it anyway because they had fewer negative comments than other hotels, and I am happy I did so. Definitely would stay again. 💯

The hotel is located 10 minutes walking distance from the train/metro station. The train station is very convenient if you wish to visit Pergamon and/or Ephesus. The square with the Tower Clock and promenade is around 15 minutes walk via bazaar and its charming streets. The breakfast takes place in its restaurant on the ground floor, in a very pleasant premises. The great choice of breads, cheese, veg, fruit and other Turkish delicacies. The room was spotless, good sized. The bed was comfortable. The staff kind, helpful. After check-out, we could leave our luggage in the reception area as our flight was in the evening. Thank you.
