Hi I stayed in this hotel my room number was 305 first of all my booking total amount should be 72 Eur that’s mean 77 Dollar The reception took 94 Dollar , I told them several times but they ignored my speech. They helped to find the hotel entrance to the hotel when we got lost and helped out in a difficult situation. I forgot my bag at the hotel, the staff found it and sent it to us in a taxi.
