The Double room with Double bed was very clean, with a comfortable bathroom. The staff was very kind and helpful. The position is good to visit Sultanahmet neighbourhood, but far from the Beyoglu area (easy to reach by taxi). The hotel also has a sauna and a heated swimming pool that close at 8pm

The hotel is close to the main attractions in Istanbul, but in a quite place. Everything was just fine, very polite, kind and helpful staff, comfortable bed, clean, spacious room, good breakfast. As an example, my wife left her cardigan in the airport transfer car, and with the leadership of Fouad the staff could get it back, a special thank to everyone involved in it! We felt that the receptionists, the cleaning team and the personal at the breakfast all worked very hard to make sure we could have a good time!

I booked a stay for my mom, she had a layover in Istanbul for a few days and had to change arrival and departure airports. I appreciate excellent communication and help with the transport arrangements, many thanks to Ferhat! Mom enjoyed the time at the hotel: spacious comfortable room , great view, ideal location with the restaurants right outside. She was able both to relax and walk around to get the city vibe.
