AMAZING !!!! Cannot fault any part… utter perfection ! The rooms were so comfortable and clean. The decor so stylish including poolside. Food was delicious - a particularly fantastic breakfast buffet.

The breakfast was amazing!!!! The location is easily accessible and the ambience is to die for. What stood out the most was my welcome. I met two front desk CSR - Shania and another lady whose name begins with G. They are true representation of what customer service stands for. God bless them both. They are indeed a good representation for Hilton. They are welcoming and pleasant. It was indeed my pleasure!

    A little gem of a hotel in a most beautiful location. The staff give an extremely warm reception, they are super friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable about the area and what can be done…..if they didn’t know, they knew someone who does. For example, they arranged a night watching the turtles and a guide to walk some local waterfalls. The food was out of this world, fresh and local produce cooked by chefs who’ve been cooking their whole life.

    Narish was very kind and attentive to us. When we arrived we were assigned a room that was not correct and he changed it for us, gave us the best room in the hotel, cooked local food for us, took great care of us and looked after us very well. We are very grateful, we took a friend with us!

    The Owner was miserable and grumpy. The hotel locked its doors at 9.00pm, ridiculous in this day and age, especially as people go there to watch Leatherback Turtles which only come onto the beach at night. The shower broke and overflowed and in the replacement room the toilet was blocked.

    Great location across the street from the beach, beautiful ocean views from the property, nice ambiance, friendly staff and comfortable bed. I could see this hotel was the place to be in it’s day.
