The room though aged, is superbly clean. The owner is kind enough to lend me his bicycle. Also recommendations from the owner are also very helpful in planning my stay in Chenggong township. The hotel is very close to the bus stop and market.

Pan is an excellent host, she does everything to make you feel welcome and is really helpful, in a lovely quiet location, 10 minute walk to the bridge, clean and great facilities, can’t recommend this place enough, Thank you for such a wonderful stay

    Lots of places to eat.

    Lots of places to eat. The fish restaurants a tad expensive though. Some good local food at small cafes. Some good coffee shops. Harbour could do with a face lift but it is a working harbour. The park and beach area lovely to walk around and relax watching the waves crash. The 8 arch bridge area lovely.

    Great swim in warm Pacific across the street was an unexpected bonus Host was very pleasant and communicated with Google translate. Drove us to Chenggong for dinner and picked us up for a fee. Mama Song is where he took us and it was very good. Served delicious breakfast and coffee. Room and facilities were excellent. On a noisy main road but we slept well with double curtains and thick windows - and did not need earplugs provided.
