Everything was clean and comfortable, bedding is warm even in the winter. I was the only one in my dorm room. The owners were friendly and helpful, responsive when texting, and let me leave my bag when I arrived early before check-in. A short walk from the train station and easy to find. Cool place, I'd stay here again.

The host was so kind and welcoming, she greeted us with snacks and food and although she didn’t have any English we were able to communicate everything we needed. The hotel is older but clean, comfortable and our bathroom had been renovated.

The perfect homestay for cyclists on Route 1! Received a lovely welcome from the owner with tea and a yummy homemade snack from her mum. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the free washing machine was much appreciated, there was a safe, dry place to store the bicycle, and the owner took the time to explain everything. Took a morning walk up the short trail to the beach to watch the sunrise and enjoy the waves. What a fabulous experience! Breakfast was delicious and sufficient to get me back on the road into the headwind. Thank you for a great stay!

Best place I have stayed in all of Taiwan!! This small guesthouse is adorable, clean, and very thoughtfully appointed. The bed is so comfortable. The shower was also amazing with fantastic water pressure and nice hot water. They also provide snacks, tea, and coffee, it is so thoughtful. I asked where I should get dinner in the town, and the host went to get food and bring it to me. It is above and beyond what a guesthouse should do for guests! And I was so relieved because after such a hard day of cycling, I was too tired to even walk into the town. I was so happy to stay here after cycling all the way from the west coast. If you are doing a cross island cycle trip, I highly recommend staying here! Also, the actual Village is really cute and it is a mostly indigenous Village and there is beautiful art and murals on many of the houses. It is a unique place to stay.
