    Downtown Alpharetta was a joy.

    Downtown Alpharetta was a joy. Quaint small-town atmosphere with awesome dining options. Close to other wonderful small towns (Roswell, Milton). Dining options in the "business" and "tech corridor" were great as well.

    If you are going to visit Alpharetta, renting a car is...

    If you are going to visit Alpharetta, renting a car is recommended. And if possible, get a hotel near North Point Mall. Alot of eating amenities can be found near and around the mall. This is a great place for long walks and hikes.

    Very responsive and capable staff as well as a property that exceeded expectations. We had several special requests and each was handled as discussed as agreed upon. After we checked out and were about 10 minutes on the road, the manager contacted me to advise that a briefcase was left in one of the rooms. The owner was able to turn around, return to the property and retrieve the briefcase. Slightly inconvenient, but not the hotel's fault. Quick action on the part of the staff saved the owner from having to deal with a stickier and perhaps more costly logistical problem. We would book here again if in the area.

    The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms, pool and entertainment center (pool table and games) were all an extra bonus when we returned from our music venue. There are a lot of restaurants, a liquor store and shops in the area to pick from, all within walking distance. Even a wonderful sports bar and grill with great food and employees right next to the hotel thus we did not have to drink and drive. I would most definitely book this hotel again. Only thing to watch for is I was charged by Booking.com and Aloft hotel, the same amount for my room instead of just Booking.com. I have contacted Booking.com and am awaiting my refund.

    Check in clerk was very rude & not courteous!

    Check in clerk was very rude & not courteous! The room had a blown out bulb in the bathroom , making it dark to shower ! When we checked out the clerk was equally rude & not at her desk ! She told us to drop our room cards in a box because she didn't want to bother getting up & giving us a receipt or doing her job !!

    The first took that we stayed in smelled like smoke (not their fault), they changed us immediately. Staff made sure we were comfortable and breakfast wasn’t big but had the essentials. The hotel was clean! Definitely worth a nights stay.
