United StatesThe location was gorgeous! The staff was polite and helpful. We really enjoyed the balcony with a view of the lake. There was a wedding during our stay, so I was a little worried dinner service might be affected, but the service was great!

This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!
This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The bathroom floor was not cleaned, there was dried hair and scum on the faucets, and the toilet brush had hair and dirt all over the top, and had dirty water in it! The lamps in the bedroom were very dusty! The Microwave had food splattered all in it! The shorter older lady at the front desk was very rude! However, The bed was comfortable! There was only high carb foods served for breakfast, no fruit or protein! I would never stay at this hotel again. Room 112

The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff was nice, helpful, and polite. But, be careful how you book. The deluxe queen room with jacuzzi tub as it shows on booking.com is not the room with the jacuzzi. It is a regular queen room. If you want the jacuzzi you will have to ask for the suite, not deluxe, which it does not show. The hotel staff upgraded my room at no extra charge.

Nice, comfortable place to stay while visiting family in Bedford. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs and the room was very comfortable. If I needed fresh towels or for the room to be serviced, they took care of it.

She let us borrow 3 umbrellas on Saturday because it was raining when we left the hotel for a nearby wedding.
Loved the ice machine.

I called ahead to let hotel clerk know I would have a late check in. No one was there to let me in. I had to wait about 15 minutes. By then I was tired and angry.
