    The parking lot was so old and cracked it looked abandoned.

    The parking lot was so old and cracked it looked abandoned. The room door was warped and hard to open/close. Small, crowded room. The traffic noise was high. The toilet-paper dispenser had been ripped off the wall. There was no TV remote. Basically a pretty crummy place. Great location, though...

    I reserved a king room with booking.com. Booking.com reserved with Holiday Inn a double queen bedroom can you imagine the shock and anger on mine and my wife's faces it was a date night that Booking.com ruined by screwing the room up.
