Cape May is a sleepy town with expensive homes and pricey lodging. But it’s overrun like Dizzy World with young couples and their kids. They’re clogging the streets in their cars, their rental bikes, and their rental golf carts. And it’s loud in their restaurants. The ($10 daily) beach is extremely nice and peaceful though. However, my favorite is Wildwood Crest. Easier and safer to use the streets. There’s a low cost shuttle to the Wildwood boardwalk. Many ocean facing, large rooms at much less cost than Cape May.
