    Needs real food options!

    Needs real food options! Xtra charge for parking is crazy since u have park anyway The water while showering has sand/ dirt coming out Nice feature to have crib for babies/ but it’s a playlist pen not a crib n raggedy n dirty so we did not use it! Have to door dash to eat hot food in unfamiliar area

    Best hotel in New Jersey!!

    Best hotel in New Jersey!! Staff were super friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great, big variety and they changed the hot options each day, which was great since we stayed for five days. There is a bus stop across from the hotel, the bus drops you off in Times Square (Port Authority Terminal) it takes anywhere from 15 to 25 mins to get there, depending on traffic. Hotel located in a quiet area and very close to American Dream Mall(Second largest Mall in North America), which is a most visit! Hotel rooms are super clean, beds are very confortable, rooms are cleaned every other day. Free parking is a great benefit too. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Carlstadt At The Meadowlands. Amazing hotel, if you plan on visiting NYC.

    The first rating was incorrect and was for another hotel I stayed at: Oops! This hotel was to isolated for me, and had people staying overnight for intimacy, as I didn’t sleep because in the room next to me from 3 am to 7 am, I could hear nothing but moaning and screaming, which disturbed my rest. It is located in a warehouse location, and Nothing was near by, no stores, restaurants, etc. I believe they have transients staying there as well. I was afraid to get out of my car at times because they were in the parking lot and the lobby closes aroy7 am, with no access, so you literally have to go through the parking lot and climb stairs.

    Typical US uptown of uptown. Clean and quiet.

    Typical US uptown of uptown. Clean and quiet. At 10PM all is closed except of 7Eleven. But is close to NJ MetLife arena and main roads to NY/NJ. The main attraction in the neighborhood is Dreamworks/Nickedeon parks with huge mall. But if you look for accommodation for this attractions in nearest hotels - DON'T make my mistake! The mall and both attached parks are in fact available only by car. So make complete no sense to book hotel 1 mile or even 5 miles closer for extra 100$ when anyway you need to drive or call Uber. Even the bus stop by the hotel- which I found as logical transportation for 0,4 mile distance is not problem solver since only long distance buses stops there. - walking/cycling is not an option- the district around arena and mall is heavily industrialized and sliced by 3 highways so 0,4 miles on the map turns to 2 miles walking/biking with sideways and bumps on the way.

    They made the ease to get to Met life stadium effortless. Not sure if the company that helped with shuttles was the hotel staff or outside company but all worked so well together I wouldn't know the difference.

    Located in New Jersey, this hotel was perfect for our first time visiting the Big Apple. Only 20 mins from NYC and in a great location. Free parking and breakfast was a bonus. Breakfast was simple but easy. The room was comfortable and the walk-in shower was great. The hotel and room were extremely clean and felt very safe. It was a bargain compared to hotels in downtown NY. Highly recommend.
