I liked the fact that we got a chance to get away and...
I liked the fact that we got a chance to get away and thought that we found a deal for a room that we would be using for the next three days. The part i didn't like or expected was the condition of the property. It looks ghetto from the outside and even worse inside. I would have never thought in a million years that i would have to share my space with a bunch of roaches. I was pissed and disgusted. The extended stay needs to change its policy to only rent to blue or white collar workers and not people on welfare.

7th Street Public Market was perfect for coffee, pizza, beer and ice cream.
Went to Bechtler Museum and Mint Museum in Uptown - really enjoyed both.
Golf cart tour was very informative.

The thing I liked most about Charlotte was visiting the Billy Graham Library. Wished we had gotten to the library sooner and had more time to explore. I do plan on going back to the library sometime in the near future.

We had very nice people there, lots of programs including city tours, museums visits, street party, great food, restaurant.
I would recommend to rent a car to see more, Charlotte is big!

I stayed in Charlotte from Friday to Monday for a birthday celebration. Charlotte is walkable and lively. I would recommend to families, couples, and single travelers. The weather was great during our stay and we were able to try many restaurants, walk to rooftops, enjoy dinner with live music, and more. There are farmer's markets, workout classes, and many coffee shops to suit your tastes. Charlotte has something for all ages and lots of furry friends too!

The location was great. It's right next to the light rail network, which made it easy to get into Charlotte for sightseeing...
A number of breweries just up the road etc,
and close to the airport. The room was a really good size with a fridge and microwave. Comfortable bed, clean linen.
The staff were all super friendly.
Free coffee in the lobby was great and they were more than happy to store our bags until check-in as we arrived early morning. They offered us an early check-in but we didn't need it.

I thought the experience was very good at the hotel. The room was comfortable, and I was the only person in my suite, so it was like a private hotel experience. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean. I have had problems at hostels before but was impressed by this experience. Very close to the airport, but no shuttle.

Loved that this hotel had a fresh new look. From the time you walked in, it was so inviting, and it smelled so fragrant. Food at the restaurant was also good. Loved the taco breakfast and free shuttle to the airport.
