Search hotels in Deposit, NY

Oquaga lake , where Chestnut Inn is , is on top of a mountain , is beautiful. The town of Deposit NY on the bottom of the mountain has some excellent world class fly fishing. But limited restaurants are available. Only Chestnut Inn, would be acceptable to most people. I've stayed at them all. CIGARETTE SMOKE SMELL ! But the day I was passing through , there was a street fair with a Collector Car show, that was very interesting. Overall Deposit NY is a normal rural small NY village. Supermarket, auto parts , fly fishing supplies , and a few other small cafes and stores are there. But quaint.
