    Came here for my second surgery need at the Surgery Center...

    Came here for my second surgery need at the Surgery Center of Oklahoma City (which actually posts its surgery prices ON THE INTERNET and is WONDERFUL!!) and this Edmond hotel was just 5 minutes up the main highway 77 from there. Wonderful location and so close for this major (double hernia) outpatient surgery.

    My experience was awesome!

    My experience was awesome! Great access to shopping, eating (many choices!) and everything one could want. Clean (no litter/graffiti) and I even saw people with trash bags (evidently volunteers (?)-) along a main thoroughfare picking up trash (which I didn’t see much of). Though an urban area, with all the amenities, I saw little evidence of “blight”. *you need a car in OK-car culture is BIG here, but the roads in Edmond were wide, maintained and the traffic wasn’t bad, even on a weekend, traversing different parts of the city. Overall- impressed!!!

    The room smelled horrible, I have had pet friendly rooms...

    The room smelled horrible, I have had pet friendly rooms before and they did not smell, they changed our room only to find that the air conditioning unit leaked and carpet was wet, changed rooms again and this one smelled just as bad!!!!

    The only thing I could say about this location is that it needs an update/remodel. Seemed very outdated. The beds were great, however I'm short & handicapped and could not get in the bed, my sister went to the front desk and they had a step stool I could use.

    For the price I paid I was at first worried about what to expect. I was blown away. The shower was awesome great pressure. The pillows were the best. I've stayed in higher priced hotels and never was satisfied with those 2 things. Bed was very comfortable, slept like a baby. I would definitely stay there again.

    We have had the opportunity to stay at this Hotel two times. Both have been wonderful; the staff are smiling they have wonderful offers for places to visit and it seems to us enjoy what they are doing. The room was clean. We are thankful for this service and will go back again in the future.
