    It was a decent stay however the bathroom toilet leaked the whole entire time. We reported it and no one one did anything about it. The bathroom floor stayed wet. We had towels use our towels because we were afraid of slipping and falling. No cups in the room for hot beverages and no safe for your valuables. Someone needs to replace the horrible sofas in these hotels. They feel dirty like they have not been cleaned in years.

    An older motel, now in need of extensive repair & maintenance. The A/C in our room kept shutting off & had to be unplugged & plugged back in to restart. No microwave in room. Breakfast is only served from 6:30 m- 9:00 and there was no coffee in lobby. Pool had leaves & debris in it. Some elevators did not work. There were homeless people living in cars in the back parking lot. The 2nd morning the breakfast room was closed due to a gas leak so no breakfast and nothing offered! Not a good value - would not stay again

    Didn’t like nothing about this hotel.

    Didn’t like nothing about this hotel. The room smelled like a pack of cigarettes and she denied my service animal. No TV in the room. Dust and dirt, towels and cloths had stains on them, dirty windows, hair in tub and sink. Mani the manager has a very disgusting attitude. I’m sure the list goes on. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. When I 1st checked in, there was someone at the counter get a refund, she said she walked in the room and walked out. Someone was on the phone with the manager getting a refund as well.

    For a charming and delightfully peaceful 3-day getaway, Essington, Pennsylvania is a true hidden gem. This quaint town, located just outside of Philadelphia, offers a wonderful respite from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

    There are no towels and I when I say this THERE WERE NO TOWELS AND THE FRONT DESK TOLD ME THERE WERE NO TOWELS...ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPIERINCE...Great price but it is dirty and the if you a lady of the evening they as rd right outside your door

    This was an okay overnight for the Phila. airport with good shuttle service. It was not super clean, the coffee "service" was poorly supplied, but the necessaries were there: fridge, towels, toiletries. Didn't use the fitness room, but it looked okay.

    “Red Roof hotel is the best place, guys Lelo, Ali, Mohamed, Nina, Ahmad are very good professionals. Take care for me with clean and nice room, competitive price. All lower 5-stars rates are not actually fair, and receptions of hotels near the Red Roof (like Clarion or others) not friendly and sincere like Lelo, Ali and others. Also, their driver Mike is very honest and safe driver, with excellent clean car, customer service skills.👍🏼

    The hotel itself was in good condition. It really needed a good cleaning in the hallways and elevator. The rooms were passable and needed a good cleaning as well. I realize help is hard to come by and it is near a busy airport with a lot of traffic, but that is my comment!
