I had a special client event at the Hilton Garden Inn in Arlington/Dallas. We actually had Mike Tyson make a guest appearance at corporate event in their conference room. I have to say Brienna Roberts and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to help accommodate. Both my stay and the event went fantastic. Brienna felt like a true collaborative partner.

The lady at the front desk that checked me in was very nice with great customer service. I had a reservation next door that fell through. I was able to book this reservation in 5 minutes and my check in was 5 minutes or less. The lady was very efficient with telling me all what was included with my stay while finishing up the computer work at the same time. I left and came back, there was a man at the front desk that greeted me with a smile. The employees are great and my room was great, Very comfortable.

Great location just off the freeway, ideal for our 2 night stay. A short ride away from AT&T stadium for the Cowboys game. Hotel staff were all really pleasant we wanted to drop 2 cases off around 12:30 so we didn’t have to leave them in the car whilst we went into Dallas and Brandy let us check in early so that was great and unexpected. Breakfast the next day was also nice, loved the waffles in the shape of Texas state map.

The breakfast wasn't that good but asides that I enjoyed my stay. I loved the rooms, the residential style of the suites. Ask me again if I will stay at Staybride and it's a resounding YES! It's the new standard I seek for in any hotel I book after my stay at Staybridge.
