    Florence is a busy place.

    Florence is a busy place. We chose it because it was in between Creation Museum and Ark Encounter and easy to get back on highway to head home. There is so much to do in the area, but it was over 90 degrees the day we arrived and the next day that we didn't get around to the Stringtown Park which was what I had planned for the first day we arrived. We could have stayed another week and not covered all there is to do in the area - if you want to deal with 71/75 and Cincinnati traffic.

    Florence is a busy town.

    Florence is a busy town. It was close to Ohio, and our destinations were with in an hours drive. There were restaurants and shopping nearby. My only regret is that most of the restaurants are chains, and we would like to have gone to an authentic Italian, or Chinese restaurant to eat.

    Nice place to find lots of hotels and places to eat and shop. Very friendly people. And we love the water tower that welcomes us with Florence Y'all!! And it's where I first experienced eating at a Chick-fil-A a way back when!!

    Our room attendant: Fed was excellent as was Jean in charge...

    Our room attendant: Fed was excellent as was Jean in charge of housekeeping! The desk personeooe were great in assisting with finding restaurants, etc . Breakfast was delicious- well attended by Jean and desk attendant also. On,y thing that could be improved is small soda in Room216 — it needs replaced - very uncomfortable. Great family priced place to stay if visiting the Ark Encounter or Creation Museum .

    What I don't like the most is your pillows need to be a little better then what it was. Other than that everything else was fine. Nick at the front desk was fantastic. Very helpful person. Very knowledgeable. He's a great asset to your company. Your cleaning person was a lady that I had talked to. She was also very helpful. I don't know what her name was but she was helpful

    I just stopped here for the night to rest during a lengthy driving trip. I didn't see any of Florence, just this motel; it was a big disappointment. I honestly cannot recommend this hotel. Sorry for being a turd, but the truth is the truth.

    Location and price are great, specially because I was trying to save money of not staying inside of Cincinatti, and that was great. After a long trip from Missouri, having a place to sleep was great. Room is okay, and we had what we paid for.
