We arrived and the front desk told us that they were oversold and they didn't have rooms available to us and that someone should have called us. We had three children with us under 3 and one baby was on oxygen. This was a terrible experience and terrible news to receive after arriving at the hotel.

The staff were welcoming even before I arrived, and confirmed that they were aware that I was travelling with a dog. Our room was clean, comfortable, large and quiet. We enjoyed a relaxing stay in Gaffney.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean and the place was close to all my family so I didn’t have to do a lot of driving. I will stay at this hotel again
