There are no downstairs bedrooms, kitchen appliances were outdated and rusted, carpet was dirty, needs new mattress they sloped and were dirty, showers built for short people and needs updating, New linen for bedrooms are needed, bedrooms are on the upper level and there are a lot of stairs, not wheelchair accessible, needs painting. The parking and the cost were acceptable, the golf course is located and visible right outside your door.Guest review byAnonymous

We needed a location close to a family residence, as we did not have a vehicle (visiting from Australia) so Magnolia Inn was perfect for this. It was handy being close to a grocery shop, a liquor store, an ice cream parlour and Dodge Service Station for take aways etc. The Gautier, Pascagoula, Biloxi, Gulfport region has lots to see.
