Very happy with the choice after looking at several options. The beds were very comfortable. We had the best sleep during our travels. Staff was super helpful, providing excellent service. Got great recommendation for dinner options nearby. Appreciated airport cortesy shuttle and the drop-off to the Mall. Was great to be able to walk from the hotel to the township area.

Breakfast included between 6am-9am however I did not have the opportunity to try it. Room/corridor/elevator and lobby were all very clean. Staff were extremely helpful as well as friendly. Beds were comfortable as well. I stayed in the two double bed suites and they were extremely comfortable. Having a 24 hour minibus to transport you directly to the airport was also very convenient.

    Grapevine has so much to do. Something for everyone.

    Grapevine has so much to do. Something for everyone. Lots of family attractions. There is almost every type of restaurant you can imagine. Any type of shopping you might want is available from boutique to mall shopping to discount stores and big box stores. The downtown area is lovely with an historic feel. Only 20 minutes from Dallas also. DO NOT MISS MEOW WOLF

    Breakfast was good with nice selection Happy hour could have been more up scale as compared to other Embassy Suites I have visited. Restaurant slow service waited 30 minutes for someone to take order. First waitress just disappeared and manager came to take order.

    Great shopping! Wine and cheese places off the hook. The vintage railroad excursion with the ‘train robbery’ and cast of characters was fabulous! When the weather changed, our hotel shuttle arrived quickly. We will be back for more special events! We will avoid driving to destinations in the city next time because we got lost, ended up on a toll road, and got caught in airport traffic. The Hilton hotel shuttle saved our trip in sooo many ways!! It allowed us to enjoy sightseeing and exploring without getting lost or in a wreck. Plus the Grapevine Mall had all my favorite places in one building!

    Location ans price. Shuttle from and back to the airport. The shuttle service from the airport starts at 5pm and begins as early as 5am the next morning. Call the hotel when you arrive at the airport to have them send the shuttle.

    Beware because breakfast is not included with the rate of the hotel also other area hotels cost less and offer free breakfast with your room rental do not go by with the website says as breakfast is not included unless you check the indicated box and pay the even higher room rate for your breakfast included which means breakfast is not free you're just paying for it before you get there.

    Comfortable hotel at reasonable price close to DFW airport. I was able to walk around grapevine township but also there is a curtesy drop off service within a small radius of the hotel. Murshada was helpful and kind during my check in and check out. It was the perfect place to stay between flights. Bed was also super comfortable!!! Free coffee bar 24 hours.

    Was bumped on flight and had to find a room quickly. Accidentally booked wrong day and had to pay again at hotel. The refused to refund the unused night. Very rude and ugly. I was in a bad spot that night and your company took advantage of us.
