We ate at several different places while staying at Gulf Shores. The Pink Pony Pub had some great seafood. We also ate at the Tuscany Pizza and Grill and this place was also wonderful. We normally uber when we travel so we dont have to drive while on vacation but this time we drove or walked to the restaurants. But it was so easy to get around at Gulf Shores we didnt mind to drive. There are many great restaurants near by. I expected a lot of southern fried fish but was happy to see that was a rare option with fantastic Cajon options and innovative local ideas. We found great coffee and breakfast spots. Getting around was a breeze but perhaps that was a function of us being there at "off season." My wife and I have been coming to Gulf Shores for years. Love the people and the beach is awesome. Bahama Bob's has some of the best seafood you'll find, as does The Gulf. Gulf shores is really nice I love the beaches I just wasn’t happy with the condo. I’ve went to Lamberts at Foley everyone should go there it is fantastic love the food and atmosphere. Gulf Shores is beautiful! We are spoiled here in Alabama with our sugar white sands and beautiful beaches. We have taken our (now adult) children to many places and many beaches over the years, but Gulf Shores is by far their favorite beach destination.
