A perfect place to stop between New York and Niagara Falls. The staff were very friendly and flexible with check-ins and check-outs where they could be. Room was clean and spacious and bed was comfortable. Big bathroom with good water pressure and no temperature issues. Located next to a huge outlet with a variety of restaurants and retail stores. Breakfast was top notch and even had a waffle maker!

I came to the Amsterdam Castle because I was tired of driving through blowing snow. It was warm and welcoming, curious and wonderful, and very clean, at an exceptionally low price. What more can a weary traveller ask?

    Breakfast was not what we expected. 2 % milk only (and not much of it); kids couldn’t even find something they liked. We had to leave and find something elsewhere sadly, and in an area thats already lacking back up restaurants.

    The hotel was in a safe area, the room was clean and spacious. It had a microwave oven and a small fridge. Overall this hotel offered great value for money. I recommend it.
