The location is excellent, the view is super. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. AC is silent and efficient. Shampoo/Conditioner works well for repairing the hair after swimming in seas.

The location is unmatched and has excellent access to Waikiki and the beach. The room was wonderful, it was clean, bright and modern with plenty of space (in the 2 Double Beds room). The pool was lovely, as were the cafe and bar next door. We stayed on a high floor and did not find the hotel to be noisy from this height.

Our family of 4 loved our stay at Waikiki Malia. The location was great, very clean, comfortable beds, enough space for luggage, the staff were absolutely gorgeous - really friendly, helpful and responsive. An unexpected sweet touch leaving a note and candy in the room on our son's birthday, Friday was lovely with free gelato and the activity that week was ukulele and our son was inspired. Really great stay and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much Waikiki Malia team 🙏🏼

    Beautiful beach, that was the best part.

    Beautiful beach, that was the best part. The prices in Hawaii are ridiculous. Very high. The are grocery stores that you can buy your own food and cook if you have a kitchen. Nice people. My fav was the taco truck that had such good fresh healthy food. I would eat there everyday. He was on Kihapai st and oneawa st , late in the evening. Best recommendation. Its mostly safe, some homeless here and there not much in the residential areas. Few bars from high end, to crossroads to Kailua tavern that has the best karaoke bartender you have ever heard. He sings and makes your drinks. Food is ok, if you are a foodies it's hit and miss.. in the restaurants.. Super fun, you can get amazing surfing cheap lessons with Mike and Andy at 808 Surt School by Kamehameha Hwy opposite of the shrimp shack. Lot of great experiences, so much beautiful sun. Beautiful place. We'll be back.

    Kailua is a quiet place to stay, away from the crowds in Honolulu. It is close to beaches and has easy access to grocery stores and restaurants in town. Access to activities in Honolulu are not far way via the Pali Highway.
