Very clean and neat. Cleaning staff was really nice. The manager was very helpful and knew the answer to every question I asked. It was close to the lake where we went on a guided stripper fishing tour. Will defiantly stay again.

    King Kingston is a relatively small town located not far from Lake Texoma so expect a small town environment we had breakfast there. It was excellent. There’s also a casino there if you want to participate in that but I would say it’s a nice simple lifestyle.

    Overall a good place to stay.

    Overall a good place to stay. The "shared dock" translates to close to a boat loading ramp that charges $5 to put a boat in. There's no cable but if you have Netflix or a subscription service you'll be fine. The owners have a cottage next door so you feel like you're being watched over. The house was clean and had everything you might need. The closest convenience store is 5 miles and a Walmart about 20 miles away. Dining options are minimal and not exactly 5 star so plan on cooking.
