The housekeeper was wonderful, I ask her for shower caps didn't have any on her cart, told me she going find some and did, just love her energy, this was the Sunday house keepers great customer service, even had a toothbrush for my husband 😂, I call to ask them could I have a walk in shower, didn't want no tub, they was on it, 🥰🥰

I love how Kinston is updating the city, providing music, art and small town Love but just enough to feel like your not missing any big town needs. However a little more shopping choices are needed. Would love to see Kinston providing outside shopping between Kinston and NewBern NC, which would support Jones county, Pink Hill, Kinston, etc. And the beach goers with in-between shopping needs and a feel that eastern nc is GROWING and providing for their small towns and bring more visitors to our side of home country LOVE!Guest review byBectonUnited States - 6.0

When I arrived I was greeted by my card had declined, I told her I had already paid in advance. She cancelled it and reenter it and then messed up everything. then I end up giving her another card. We have been coming to Kingston for over 20 years.
We have been coming to Kingston for over 20 years. We have enjoyed seeing the changes downtown and all the old favorites and new restaurants and shops. The Mother Earth Taproom is an always stop. We have met many new friends there. Sugar Hill Pizza is great. The Laughing Owl is a good place for dinner. We love Lovick’s Cafe for breakfast. We came to Kinston to dine at the Chef and the Farmer—-which was amazing! We had an excellent breakfast at Lovick’s Cafe the next morning. It was a pretty small city. Kingston was an interesting small town.
Kingston was an interesting small town. We came to eat at Chef and the Farmer, which was outstanding. Make sure to try the strawberry cobbler. It’s mouth-watering. We also visited the town’s farmers market and a community event that was being held close by. Both were very small, but we enjoyed speaking with community members. We had breakfast at Lovick’s Cafe. We tripped upon this restaurant only to find that in spite of the very small accommodations and elementary school lunch room plates, the food was AMAZING. Evidently, we had discovered a gem. Stayed at The Red Carpet inn because I went down there to visit my ancestors graves which are on sight at the hotel property. Right where the hotel sits is where a war broke out during the civil war where the Neuse bridge is. If you're a paranormal enthusiast and want to do an investigation, this is where it's at! Plus King's restaurant was excellent to eat at and fantastic ice tea I've ever had. Excellent antique stores around in the area, highly recommend staying in Kinston.Guest review byLoriUnited States

I was charged for the first night and I have not received the refund for the other nights I did not stay. I was not assisted with finding somewhere else to stay. I am a healthcare traveler and I was left homeless after spending money there. I could call to have them expected.
