the room was lake facing and clean. great spot on the lake as well as proximity to shoppes and things to do. ordered breakfast from the blue cat lounge, was fast friendly service and the food was great!

The owner was very pleasant to work with. She offered generous accommodations for any inconvenience that came up very quickly and she was readily available when I had questions throughout our stay, which is most important. When you have very friendly homeowners who are happy to work with you on anything and are consistently available, and make you feel like your more than just a guest, then it really don't matter where you stay, you will have a good visit. It's always about the people.

    Pretty much everywhere down there has a great view of the lake Rusty roosters Diner was awesome so was Dogpatch arcade and Shop they are separately owned I made the mistake to ask if they owned the both they took offense but they were all great it's an old fashioned arcade quarter Style and Rusty roosters was cheap with huge quantities and fast

    We wanted to leave the moment we got there, the hotel looked nothing like the pictures, it was run down and crappy. The front desk lady that worked night was rude and made us move rooms when she found at we had a dog. On the second night they checked in a group in teenagers to our adjoining room that partied all night, smoked weed, cigarettes, smashed beer cans, played loud music and dog barked all night. My partner and I were supposed to have a romantic adult weekend away instead it felt like we moved into a frat or downtown club!! We are asking booking.com and the hotel to refund our second night at 212.00. We couldn’t sleep and ended up leaving early!! I also complained at the front dealing the morning we checked out but the front desk girl didn’t know the general managers name???

    We didn't get to see much because of weather so we're going...

    We didn't get to see much because of weather so we're going back in July. There was a breakfast place downtown that was just wonderful and priced reasonably. The Camden probably would have been more fun if anything was open like the pool and the outside bar. We loved the Camden and are returning in July.

    It rained pretty heavy the night we were at the hotel.

    It rained pretty heavy the night we were at the hotel. I got up in the middle of the night to adjust my thermostat and I stepped in soaking wet carpet. I asked about it the next morning when we checked out and they said, "Oh, were you on that side of the hotel? Yeah, it leaks." Not only was it not addressed, but they've also created a breeding ground for mold and don't appear to have any plans to fix it.

    Lake Ozark is a beautiful area.

    Lake Ozark is a beautiful area. I was happy with the area and scenery. But I booked my stay with Booking .com 6 months in advance based on pictures of property and location. I arrived at the address 70 Robinhood apt 2d, and used the code provided to enter the property and walked into a dirty, messy place. And the sliding doors to the patio could not be locked because there is no latch. I called the contact provided and a man answered who said he hasn't worked for the evolve company for a year. So I called the phone number to Evolve and a woman said she would open a case number for us. I told her the place was filthy and had molding pizza in the fridge and dirty towels and bedsheets all over. I asked to be moved to a different apt. and was told I could not. So I did laundry and wiped the place down with wet wipes I brought. A cleaning lady did show up at 9pm and cleaned the floors and took the garbage out. All beware of Evolve owned properties and do not use booking .com to ever stay anywhere especially in lake Ozark. Neither company will back their properties .

    There was plenty to do and enjoy.

    There was plenty to do and enjoy. We enjoyed a helicopter flight with Lake Ozark Helicopters, golfed on Maragritaville's course, had breakfast at The Cozy Cafe and then toured Bridal Cave, and watched the sun set while eating dinner at Horseshoe Bend Bar and Grill and at Baxter's Lakeside Grille. Of course, you can't forget to go for yummy ice cream at Grandpa's Ice Cream. The area is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    Comfortable bed, lake view, and staff. Enjoyed sitting on our veranda watching the boat traffic. Our room, had a living room we didn't need, so plenty big if have other guest. Didn't see any dogs in the hotel- that's nice, because I live in a barn at home- nice to get away from that. Didn't see kids either, great, nice to be away from them also, but they had them at the shared pool. We enjoyed Camden and would go back.

    The view was nice, there were lots of pool options which we very much liked (the smaller pools are better than the big one that had the bar, it's overrun by kids which doesn't make sense since it's the one with a bar). The room itself was clean enough (bugs in ceiling lights dead thankfully) for a few days and did the job since we weren't planning on being inside much anyway. The Spa there is the best part!

    The staff was so great and accommodating. I had a complicated situation and the manager took time to make adjustments and get me taken care of. The rooms were quiet and CLEAN, I had actually left a dirty hotel and I went there last minute so I was very grateful! The pool was pretty clean and lots of outdoor seating. Very quaint and homey.

    This hotel has an ideal location on the Lake Ozark strip. Despite it being a busy weekend, the property was still quiet during rest hours and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was a pillowtop with the perfect softness and support ratio.
