All the amenities closed very very early o we're not available we did not get ro use any of them. Most the rest was closed down the office staff was only there 1/2 a day each day and we're not very helpful. I would not recommend. The area is wonderful just don't stay here.Guest review bysusan - 8.0

Beautiful area, lots of nice beaches around. For my taste, that whole section of the Cape is too built up - Mashpee Commons is a huge shopping area that dominates. If you want to shop on vacation, you will like this. The Commons does have some great restaurants: Wicked, Siena, Blue. I was visiting family so didn't do a lot of sightseeing. Traffic can be difficult, especially in the summer. Also, not technically in Mashpee but in Falmouth - Moonakiss Cafe is excellent for lunch or dinner. Location near Mashpee Commons was good. The beach referred to is a slip of beach on John's Pond, most suitable for families with small children, altho the roadway is uncomfortably close to the beach area. The house is old and funky and cluttered and disorganized. Nothing provided in bathrooms...not even soap or toilet paper. The least adequate AirBNB I have ever rented.Guest review byWyngaardenMexico

It consists of little row houses with a kitchen, dining and living room all in an open space downstairs and two large bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. One of the bedrooms has also an ensuite with a Jacuzzi - we didn't try that one though.
